Appointments in MySturdyHealth

Can I request an appointment using MySturdyHealth?

Yes! You can do this in MySturdyHealth for services that do not require a physician's order or referral. You can do this by:

  • Going to the appointments section in MySturdyHealth 
  • Choose "Schedule a New Appointment" and follow the prompts

Your appointment request will be confirmed by telephone from the office. If you do not receive phone call confirmation, please call your provider's office for clarification. 

Where can I see my upcoming appointments?

All of your successfully scheduled appointments can be found in the "Upcoming Appointments" list on your portal. If you have appointments that have not yet been confirmed, these will display in your "Appointments" section with a pending status.
