Childbirth Education

The anticipated arrival of a baby is exciting and often times comes with questions. At Sturdy, we want to answer those questions and help you and your partner feel more comfortable about the arrival of your little one.

Starting with support and education programs prior to delivery, we offer childbirth education classes taught by certified childbirth instructors. If you are going to be a parent for the first time or if you have already gone through the birthing process, we have a class to help you feel better prepared. It's also important to be physically prepared for labor and delivery. We offer a 16-week Prenatal Exercise Program to help strengthen your body and alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy.

If you have a child who is about to become a sibling, we offer a class that can help ease that transition. Our lactation consultants offer a few different classes focused on helping to make your breastfeeding experience a success. We also offer an infant CPR class each month to help you feel confident about your baby's health and safety.

In addition to our classes, we offer a variety of support groups that provide you with an opportunity to talk about your growing baby, discuss any concerns and expectations, and learn tips from other mothers.
