Our pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners are specialized in the care of infants, children and adolescents. As a parent, it comes as no surprise that your child will come down with a number of different illnesses as they grow up. Whether it is a diagnosis of strep throat, croup, runny noses, rashes, or respiratory viruses, we will partner with you to provide the best care to your child.
Given the current evolving COVID-19 public health crisis, we want to update all of our families with the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our patients. Learn more about the changes we're making at our pediatric practices.
We've Got You & Your Family Covered
Since children don’t always get sick between the hours of 9 and 5, we are part of a large coverage group of pediatricians so that we can provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week coverage for illnesses and emergencies.
To help with coverage when the doctors have left the office, calls are forwarded to either the on-call physician or the answering service. We are associated with the Nurse Telephone Triage Service which acts as a go-between for the patient and the doctors. They are trained pediatric triage nurses who can give advice. Depending on the situation, they will contact the on-call physician.
Call us for treatment of:
- Upper respiratory infection
- Sore throat
- Ear infection
- Flu-like symptoms
- Minor injuries, such as sprains
- Abdominal pain
We encourage our patients to call us for routine and well-care visits during normal business hours. Weekend and evening appointments are available as needed. If you are a new parent or are in need of pediatrician for your newborn, our pediatric offices are accepting newborn patients.
