Dr. Kevin Bowman has been practicing in the Attleboro area since 1998 and has been a longstanding member of Sturdy’s medical staff. He chose a career in medicine because of his fascination with human biology and biomechanics. Dr. Bowman also enjoys interacting with people and the opportunity to improve a patient's quality of life.
Dr. Bowman's goal is to understand the needs of his patients and collaborate to meet desired outcomes. He employs both non-surgical and surgical approaches to assist patients in returning to previous levels of activity.
The relationship Dr. Bowman has with his patients is very important to him. While getting patients back to enjoying pre-injury quality of life is very rewarding, he also feels pride in his work when patients return to see him or refer friends and family for medical care.
Patients can expect to leave an appointment with Dr. Bowman feeling their concerns have been heard and treatment has been explained and understood. Patients will feel confident that any decisions made at the visit are made in partnership for the most successful outcome.
In his youth, Dr. Bowman spent his days playing sports such as football, soccer, and skiing. This background gave him the insight into the needs of his athletic patients and a greater appreciation for a collective approach to problem solving. While he still enjoys skiing, his days of playing contact sports have been replaced by cooking, barbecuing, and enjoying outdoor activities with family and friends.
