Colette R. Whitby, MD, FACS

As a general surgeon at Sturdy Memorial, Dr. Colette Whitby takes an active role in assisting patients to return to their pre-illness state of health. At an appointment with her you can expect to discuss your concerns, have a physical exam, review testing or discuss additional testing requirements. If surgery is indicated, Dr. Whitby will review the procedure, and its risks and benefits, before you determine how you would like to proceed. 

Dr. Whitby provides patients with the care she would want to receive. She finds it most rewarding when patients are able to return to their pre-surgery lives. 

In her free time, Dr. Whitby likes spending time with her husband and family, and enjoys classic Volkswagen Beetles and Mustangs.
