Your treatment program

A case manager will be assigned to coordinate your care. Once your test results are in, our Wound Care Center team will develop a treatment program for you. It will involve regular visits to the Wound Care Center to provide treatment, assess the progress of wound healing, and make any changes as needed. You and your caregiver will also be instructed in home wound care, dressing changes, and ways to protect your wound from further injury.
