How To Use Our Services

Call the Wound Care Center at 508-236-7600. Our staff will ask you a few questions about your wound (how long you have had it and where it is located), your insurance and your primary care physician. The staff will let you know if you need a referral form from your physician based on your insurance requirements.

You will be given an appointment time to see one of the Center's physicians. The physician you see will depend on your particular wound and medical history.
