Infant Massage Program

Hospital's Auditorium
A FREE Infant Massage Program will be offered at the Hospital. The program focuses on the techniques and benefits of massage for infants. Parents are encouraged to bring their infants, ages two weeks to ten months. Call 508-236-7151 for more information or to register.

Wellness Program

Six-week Program: Tuesdays and Thursdays
3:30 - 5 p.m. and 5 - 6:30 p.m.
Hospital Cardiac Pulmonary Exercise Facility
Program cost: $120
The Wellness Program is designed to increase your fitness while helping you to lose weight, decrease your blood pressure, improve your cholesterol, and achieve your specific health goals. To register, call 508-236-7390.
