"Healthy-Steps" For Cancer Patients

The "Healthy-Steps" exercise and movement program for cancer patients is held every Thursday evening. "Healthy-Steps" is a therapeutic exercise program, which combines gentle movements, dance, and music to improve overall wellness, range of motion, balance, strength, and endurance, as well as emotional wellbeing and self-image. Infant Massage Program
Saturday, February 18
10 a.m. - 12 noon
Auditorium
This FREE program is designed for new moms and their partners, focusing on the techniques and benefits of massage for infants. Tips on how to soothe and calm a colicky baby will also be provided. Parents are encouraged to bring their infants, ages two weeks to 10 months old. Class size is limited and pre-registration is necessary. Wellness Program
