MS Wellness & Vendor Fair

Join The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Center for a wellness and vendor fair, featuring inspirational speaker Kristie Salerno Kent. Attendees are encouraged to visit to download her complimentary book DREAMS: My Journey with Multiple Sclerosis. She will be speaking at 11:00 a.m. Dr. Ranbir Dhillon, a neurologist at The MS Center at Sturdy will give a presentation, “MS and Gut Bacteria: What is the Connection?” at 10:30 a.m. For more information, please call the MS Center at 508-236-7170.

Exercise Wellness Program

Hospital Cardiac Pulmonary Exercise Facility
Program cost: $150
Our eight-week wellness exercise program is designed to improve your physical conditioning through individual exercise prescriptions, clinical supervision, aerobic and strength training, dietary guidance and assistance with smoking cessation. Strength Training After Breast Cancer (Strength ABC)

First Monday of the Month

Program cost: $60
Strength ABC, led by Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Nancy Hardy and Exercise Program Coordinator, Sherri-Lee Cahill, is a gradual weight training program designed for all breast cancer survivors. Sessions begin on the first Monday of every month. Eligibility for the program will be determined through an evaluation. The cost of the program is $60. For more information please

"Healthy-Steps" For Cancer Patients

The FREE "Healthy-Steps" exercise and movement program for cancer patients is a six-week program held on Mondays and Thursdays. "Healthy-Steps" is a therapeutic exercise program, which combines gentle movements, dance, and music to improve overall wellness, range of motion, balance, strength, and endurance, as well as emotional wellbeing and self-image. The class is taught by a certified Lebed Method instructor. Registration is required. For more information and to register,

New Moms Group

A FREE New Moms Group is offered for women with babies between the ages of two weeks and 12 months. Participants have the opportunity to talk about their growing babies, discuss concerns and expectations, share tips, and more. The group meets every Wednesday, and participants can join at any time.
